This affordable system is suitable for most Small to Medium businesses. With features that include IVR, Call reporting, Reception Control Panel, Queues, Voicemail to Email to name a few. Even though we describe them as the OfficeIPLink™ IP PBX SME, they still have the ability to handle the features of the larger systems.

The OfficeIPLink™ IP PBX SME system is supplied in a tower configuration with the Linksys SPA942 Desk Phones as per required number.

It involves the following features pre-configured:-

• Voicemail for Each User
  Voicemail to Email for each user
  6 conference rooms (two with PIN Access and 4 with open access)
  5 Ring Groups (e.g. Sales, Accounts, Support, Management, Dispatch)
  2 Level IVR with up to 5 menu Items per level (Client to provide menu recordings based on provided template)
  Built in Music on hold (utilising Public Domain Music)
  Blind and Attended Transfers
  Call Forwarding
  Do Not Disturb
  Time Routing (Day/Night Switch)
  Incoming Faxing (up to 6 incoming fax numbers) (number limited type of lines connected)
  Web Based Staff Directory
  Web based External Directory (subject to client providing suitable file)
  Direct In-dial for all staff (only available on ISDN or VoIP Services)
  VoIP Trunk ready and if VoIP Service ready, configured to use VoIP Service
  Web Based Call Usage Reporting
  Reception Control Panel installed
  6 Paging Phone Groups (Usually this is set as ALL users, and then similar to ring groups)
  Ability to page individual Phones
