Time Conditions is another feature of the OfficeIPLink™ PBX system. Time Conditions can be set  to activate call flows to different locations at set times of the day, week or month.

As your OfficeIPLink™ PBX is linked to an Atomic Clock source via the Internet, it means that the PBX time remains accurate, usually within the second. Especially if you run an afterhours support line which is chargeable, you can rest assured that you can correctly charge for the call, and accurately answer any dispute over the time called.

The OfficeIPLink™ PBX can handle multiple time conditions, as they cascade together very much like a flow diagram. Time Conditions can be placed before IVR Menus, or before individual extensions, or before Ring Groups or just about any other module within the OfficeIPLink™ PBX system.

"Follow the Sun" calls can be implemented this way as well, allowing you to have IP PBX Systems in other Australian or Worldwide locations, which take the calls after a certain time. If you have a capable VoIP Trunk in each location, the calls are naturally going to be transferred free of charge. You don't even need to have other IP PBX systems in the other locations. If the other location offices are connected directly to your PBX, then just make it that they are part of a ring group for that location, and at a certain time, the call rings that RIng Group instead of the normal daytime Ring Group.

Holidays can also be set, possibly going to a special announcement saying that the business is closed and will return on a certain date.
