One of the features of the OfficeIPLink™ PBX system is the Staff PBX Web Portal.

With granular security features, you can provide your staff with access to areas of the OfficeIPLink™ PBX system. You can provide access just the Voicemail area if that is what you prefer, or you can provide them access to their Call recording, or access just to the Fax viewer system. If you provide access to the call recording for instance, they will only see the call recordings for their extension.

The following are just some of the areas that you can provide your staff access to:

  • PBX Address Book (also includes click to dial)
  • Incoming Faxes
  • CDR Report
  • Calendar and call reminder
  • Call Monitoring (Recordings)
  • Calls
  • Emails (if using the system as an Email Server)
  • Voicemails

  • Conference Management

The decision is yours, to provide staff to some or all of the features. You may choose not to provide staff access, but the ability to do so is there, if and when your business requires the functionality.
