Reporting
One of the great features of the OfficeIPLink™ PBX systems, is the call reporting.
There are several reporting systems within the product, with more being added as they become available.
All call details, both internal and external calls, both incoming and outgoing, are recorded in a database. It records the extension making the call, it shows the duration of the call, the destination or source of the call, and if available the Caller Identification number of the incoming call.
These reports can be selected by Date, Extension, Source or Destination. This is particular useful if you are reviewing the phone costs per department, or have an unusual spike in telephone costs for a particular month. These reports can also be exported to Excel or other software that can accept Comma Delimited files.
Other reports include reviewing the amount of lines in use during the day, so that you can determine whether more or less phone lines are required. This is much more professional than accepting anecdotal evidence from your clients telling you that they couldn't get through because the lines were engaged every time they called.
