The call recording feature is a very powerful feature of the OfficeIPLink™ PBX system.

You can choose to record every call that goes in or out of your PBX system on a permanent basis, or you can select certain extensions to be recorded. You can choose to just record your Conference calls, or you can select just to turn on call recording on particular Call Queues. You choose whether you want it on or off. You can also make it available dynamically with users turning it on or off as required.

These recordings can be easily accessed via a Web Interface, showing the call time, source, destination, and the recording of the call. This call can be played back on generally any computer usually with freely available software. The administrator can access all recordings, and you can choose whether the user has access to their own recordings or not.

Naturally we recommend that if you do use call recording, that you understand and adhere to the laws in your state or country before turning it on
